Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. At the end 2009, she had won several fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to get her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavy weight day.
