April Bowlby, an American model and actress. Her most well-known role is that of Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby has a long history in American acting. Her most famous roles include Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva (a legal comedy/fantasy TV show), and Kandi, on Two and a Half Men. When she began her career as a model, she then moved to the world of film and television. Following her appearance as an extra to the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in one-episode parts on other shows, her first appearance on television was in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. For Two and a Half Men Bowlby starred as Kandi. Bowlby's character on screen as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her international recognition. Bowlby portrayed Rita Farr/Elastigirl on Titans, an American web-series Titans. She will play the role in the upcoming spinoff Doom Patrol. Bowlby was also in TV film Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. After appearing as a character in The Slammin Salmon (which was her first film) along with From Prada, to Nada she debuted in the big screen with All Roads Lead Home. She got the role of a leading television series (Kandi as a character in Two and a Half Men) just a few months after her debut Hollywood audition. Bowlby's TV work includes CSI as Kaitlin rackish, in which she portrayed Kaitlin rackish in the year 2004 CSI: NY, where she was Jenny Lee in 5, Freddie: Sydney as Sydney in 5 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg. Recently, Bowlby was cast in the role as Natasha as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl who loses her mother in an automobile collision. Bowlby will be starring as Mia, in The Slammin Salmon (2008). Los Angeles is her home. Naturally red-haired, she is blue-eyed. She's single with no children.
